Overview
The SCOPE POWER-LOVOL generator set, selects a 1000 series water cooled LOVOL engine from TIAJIN LOVOL ENGINES CO., LTD. in China. (We have cooperated with LOVOL as an OEM partner for a long time). It also includes an alternator, base frame, connecting flange, fuel tank, control system, etc.

1. LOVOL Engine
1. The LOVOL engine is based on absorbing and digesting the updated technology of the UK Perkins exhaust emission which is up to EURO Ⅲ or EURO Ⅴ standard.

Detail Features
1). The diesel generator set powered by LOVOL engine offers high density of power. It has a higher power output than other competitive engines at close displacement.
2). It offers low fuel consumption. It uses a European patent Quadram combustion chamber which can reduce fuel consumption, emission and noise, meanwhile raising engine power.
3). The diesel generator set powered by LOVOL engine has good cold start performance. Started normally at -10℃ without preheater and started smoothly at -25℃ through flame preheating cold start device. -40℃ start solution is available.
4). It has higher fuel economy. The optimized combustion system and fuel supply system ensure the accuracy of the fuel amount of every cylinder and increase the fuel utilization.
5). The whole structure of the diesel generator set powered by LOVOL engine is impact and simple which is characterized by small cubage, light weight, small vibration, low noise, and good durability. It offers the stability and reliability of engine performance and gets good market feedback.

2. Alternator
The diesel generator set powered by LOVOL engine can be coupled with the SCOPE POWER series A.C. synchronous brushless alternator (a new style we designed, with updated international technology). It can also be matched with a STAMFORD, LEROY SOMER or MARATHON alternator according to customers' demand.

3. Controller System
1. The diesel generator set powered by LOVOL engine offers the standard control panel, including volt meter, frequency meter, ampere meter, water temperature gauge, oil temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, AMF control module, oil level indicator, emergency button, preheating button, battery voltage gauge, and hours running counter for protection and transferring.
2. It can be combined with an ATS electric control cabinet, including circuit breaker, LCD or LED auto controller, indicating lamp, transfer switch, etc. The automatic transfer switch (ATS) uses updated technology, which can be automatic control for on-off electricity, remote monitoring, automatic parallel operation, etc.
Gensets can be open type or soundproof (silent) type.
